Everyone's talking about Vika from Hisardut. I really had to search the net for her last name, cause I was almost sure it was "from Hisardut" (Hisardut is the Israeli version of Survivor), but apparently it's Finkelstein. Not the sexiest last name, but it's not like we really care.

Vika Finkelstein is everywhere. She's only 25 but her careeer sure was upgraded thanks to Hisardut. Before the show she was your ordinary sexy blond bikini model and now she aims for the stars.

I really don't know what she'll do after the show will go down. Her main talent was to eat raw bugs as part of the contest, but if she'll play her cards right, we'll see more of her. Even if not, she will always be remembered as the blond bikini model who ate coconut worms on prime time.

Sarai Givaty (or Saray Givati or any other combination of the name) is Kylie Minogue's worst nightmare.
Sarai, originally from Tiberias is one hot foxy lady. After a small incident with Kylie's ex-boyfriend Olivier Martinez, she became quite known, but I'm not sure it is for the right reasons.

Later on, Saray Givaty stood in the middle of another scandal when she participated in Enrique Iglesias controversial video for "Somebody's Me". The video was banned from MTV because it was a bit too sexy and a bit too hot for MTV, so it was editred. You can still find the direoctor's cut version of the video online.

As for now, Saray Givaty lives in Los Angeles and I'm sure we'll hear a lot more about that sexy Israeli celebrity in the future.

Bar Refaeli on Eli Yatzpan

So our fave model Bar Refaeli made a TV appearance on Eli Yatzpan's show. I think they talked about all sort of stuff there, yet I cannot really remember cause during the interview all my concentration was focused on Bar's amazing boobs.

I'm not sure it is legal to appear in family-oriented talk shows without bra, but when Bar Refaeli is the bra-less sex kitten, I don't really care.

What do you know, an Israeli version for the world's most famous reality show.
The local producers sure knew how to attract the audience (especially the male audience) and brought some pretty sexy ladies to the exotic island.

Some people disliked the fact that most of the participators on the show are models or actors, but I think it was a wise move and besides, do we really care what those bikini-wearing ladies do on their 'regular' life?

Love Michal Amdursky or hate her, she's still hot. This sexy singer/dancer/whatever became known mostly due to her marriage with Asaf Amdorsky (from Ta'arovet Escot and the Amdursky family fame) and due to her provocative lyrics.

Not your typical super-model beauty on this vixen, but you cannot deny the fact that she's shooting sex-appeal all over. Even if she's not the most um, talented celebrity in Israel, she's definitely got that take-me-to-bed-and-treat-me-bad look on her face.

Nowadays Michal Amdursky is a judge at Israel's prime dance TV show "Nolad Lirkod" and I guess she's doing some other things, maybe working on new music, maybe sporting her sexy hot body (after two births!), maybe modeling, I don't know, but who cares when you got sexy pictures like these?

Everyone is talking about Ninet Tayeb's new haircut (sponsored by Pelephone - one of the biggest cellphone companies).
Some say that its a wise move both for the company and for Ninet, and some say that this change might ruin her role as the national sweetheart.

This debate actually became the #1 discussion topic everywhere, a fact that proves that celebrities are more important than politics because people need the escapism.

I liked Ninet better with long hair. I think she's gorgeous and her face are stunning, but I actually think that bald head is not that good on her.

This green-eyed beauty was introduced to the public in "Ha'Shagrir" (The Ambassador), another reality show in which the opponents had to demonstrate their diplomatic skills while trying to win a respected job as a semi-ambassador in the US.

Yael ben Dov wasn't one of the winners, but she became known after she survived most of the eliminations, if not for her skills than for her sex-appeal.

After this reality show, Yael joined all sorts of other projects, none of them were really good enough to write about, but since the most important thing here are her sexy pictures, we will all be satisfied by the girl-next-door beauty of this sexy Israeli celebrity.

Personally I think that Yael ben Dov has a lot more to offer, she's intelligent, she's sexy, she's charming, I'm not sure that television is the best medium for her skills, but I know I'd love to see more of her in the future.

Each day I find new blogs that deal with celebrities and gossip. Some glorify the vain world of celebdom, some make fun of the cocaine-snorting celebrities, but all deal with this genre and get many visitors who years for new pieces of gossip about their favorite celebs.
It is amazing to think that Paris Hilton and Britney Spears attract more interest than any other figure, not only from Americans but also from other countries, including those who usually pride themselves in being aristocratic and cultural.

The crowd is hungry for some more upskirt pictures of Britney Spears, for some more nude pictures from Paris Hilton, some more crazy stories about Angelina Jolie, more revealing pictures, more sexy celebrity gossip, just bring it on.

I try to keep this celebities blog a bit cleaner, but maybe this is what the crowd wants?

And now to a cutie who really vanished from our TV sets. I failed to found out what Liat Ahiron is doing these days, maybe because she left the country, but either way, I still remember her performance in channel 6 (the Kids channel), and her outstand cuteness.

Liat Ahiron is a classic beautiful celebrity who has this girl-next-door kinda sex appeal that still made children really like her and parents even more.

Another SUPER SEXY israeli beauty is coming right at ya! and this time it's Yael Goldman, definitely one of the most mesmerizing Israeli celebrities I know.

Born in 1978, Yael Goldman started her career in 1998, modeling in Paris and New York for different companies such as Armani, Gallery Lafayette and even (seriously!) McDonalds.

Marina Maximilian Blumin is actually a jazz singer, just like Efrat Gosh who I wrote about in the last post. But Marina and Efrat are so different. While Efrat Gosh has those delicate, kinda-shy qualities, Marina is a 100% sexy woman!

I can't believe I still haven't written anything about Efrat Gosh, she's definitely one of my favorite singers around! I really adore her.
Efrat actually started as a jazz singer that tried to move into a more poppy style without to lose her unique style.

Efrat brings something new to the local music scene, it's not fair to compare her to other Israeli singers like Maya Buskila or Shiri Maymon, cause she came from a very different background, but if you'll ask me, her style surely gives the local crowd something interesting and listen to.

Her looks is something I can write about tons of words. She is amazing, just amazing, her eyes, her lips, her perfect white skin, ahh, I don't want to make it too graphic, but this girl is SEXY!

Yael Duani is known as the older sister of Roni Duani (or Ronnie Superstar), but she's also well known on her own. Actually, Yael started her career even before her young sister, but somehow Ronnie became a bit more known and famous among the Israelis.

Personally, I think that Yael is way more beautiful than her younger sister, yet I'm not that sure about talented because I haven't really seen her acting or singing, except for some guest roles here and there, mainly on TV soap operas (?), therefore I cannot judge which sister got the talent, only which one got the looks.

Although Rony Superstar is quite hot, her older sister has a bit more charm and her body is way more sexy, if you ask me.

Oh boy, my heart was stolen by Dana Adini. That's it, I'm hooked, I'm captured, this amazing girl won my heart in seconds.

I never really paid attention to her, I remember seeing Dana Adiny playing in "Mesudarim", one of last year's TV hits, and I also heard she's part of Bnot Nechama, an all-girl music group that I kinda like. But only now I realized how amazing this girl is!

I had some problems finding really good pictures of Dana Adini, mainly because she's not as famous as other Israeli celebrities at the moment, but still, take a look at those pictures and see how mesmerizing Dana is.

I got some emails from (female) readers who asked why I never post anything about Israeli celebrities who belong to the other gender.
Good question! I started this Israeli celebrities blog in order to publish female israeli celebs that I like so I never really thought about writing or adding pictures of male celebs. Not because they aren't worth mentioning, but because it wasn't the thing that interested me the most.
Now that I think about it, why not?

Maya Buskila (or Booskila) is, well, a singer.
She was discovered by Roberto ben Shoshan, a models agent who saw that the girl can actually sing and started to spread her name among the people in the industry.

"Sipor Machur", her first album was a huge success and she became quite known. She also did some bikini modeling and some guest appearances here and there (even a remarkable lousy role in Menachem Golan movie "Days of Love") and soon a big fight with her manager Roberto started.

Last year she released a second album and currently you can see her mainly on paparazzi pictures.

Becky Griffin is a well-known Israeli model and actress. She's the daughter of Maccabi Tel-Aviv past player Bob Griffin. She used to broadcast sports events in the local sports channel, but later on she was chosen to join MTV and to become a Music VJ in London.

After two years in London Becky came back to Israel and started to focus on her movie career.

I can't say that her music and lyrics have any important impact on the Israeli culture, and I cannot say that I personally like those pop songs she produces, but she sure managed to become famous and I think she even have some sort of a teen idol fame in here.

Ronnie (or Rony Duani or Rony Superstar) Superstar is singing, dancing, smiling and even doing some modeling for swimsuit companies. Her blond perfection is something that you either like or dislike, and you know what, I think she deserves a chance…

Ronnie Duani is still very young, she's one of the youngest Israeli celebrities around, but if she'll keep up the hard work, she'll have a great future in the Israeli music industry.

Oh Ania.... What a beautiful girl....
Ania Bukstein was born in Moscow and came to Israeli with her family when she was 8 years old.
She studies in Telma Yalin, Israel's best art highschool and started her acting career at the age of 12 when she played in the Israeli Movie "New Country".

Since then she made several roles including in the famous Israeli movie "Matana Mishmayaim".
Anya has a very unique kinda beauty, but she's mesmerizing, if you ask me. I just adore her piercing eyes and her intelligent look.

Nowadays you can see Ania Bookstein playing in Avi Nesher's "Ha'Sodot", a movie about the religious society of Tzfat. The movie caused a stir because Ania is involved in a lesbian sex scene with another actress, her full frontal nudity, which isn't a common thing in the Israeli movie world, made a few headlines, especially because it involved the character of a religious girl.

Here is someone who really made it big time: Maayan Keret.
This AMAZING red headed model was one of the first Israeli models to start a successful international career.
She conquered europe and the world and her pictures appeared in many important fashion journals.

Maayan Keret is not only beautiful and successful but also conscious. After she encountered herself cases of anorexia and extreme worship of thinness in the fashion industry she wrote a book about the subject in which she protested this attitude that forces young supermodels to stay slim even if it might hurt their health. Since this issue is very important and relevant to our days, the book became a hit and I strongly recommand it.

Israeli celebrities who conquered the world part... 4?
Mili Avital, ah, the first one who really "did it". I remember seeing Mili Avital acting in a really shitty movie about a teenage girl in search for her celeb idol, it wasn't the best movie I've seen in my life for sure, but then she left Israel and went on to aquire an international career, and in few years she actually managed to star in some pretty cool (if not major league) productions.

Add this to dating David Schwimmer (my least favorite "friend") and a cool performance in "Stargate" and you'll get a girl who looked beyond the local scene.
I also liked Mili Avital's roles in "Kissing a Fool" and "Arabian Nights", and her recent great role in the Israeli movie "Ahava Columbianit" (Columbian Love) was pretty good too.

She is beautiful, definitely one of the most sexy Israeli celebrities, I really donno what she's doing those days, but I hope we'll see more of her.

After Noa Tishbi (or Noa Tishby) and Meital Dohan comes Alona Tal. Alona started her career as a children star and now you can see her playing in Supernatural and Veronica Mars.
This girl is cute, no doubt about it. She might not be as breathtaking as other Israeli invasion celebs like Noa Tishby, but she's got that pure blond look and it might be helpful for her.

I really liked Alona Tal when she acted in the hillarious children comedy "Ha'Pijamot", and I also really liked her in her cameo appearance in CSI, and I'm sure that Alona will do good in the future.
I understood that Alona Tal also want to focus in music, which might be good, since she choose the amazing Wyclef Jean as her mentor. I guess that we can expect good music and good acting from this young, sweet Israeli actress.

I haven't seen any episodes of "Weeds" yet, but I understood that Meital Dohan gives a good role as the Sexy Yael Hoffman at this series.
I remember when Meital Dohan said in interviews that she's about to conquer the world, and it seems as if the world is ready enough.

Meital Dohan is definitely one of the sexiest Israeli celebrities we've got here. This sexy actress has a nice figure with some pretty, uhm, respectful private parts (as I managed to observe during the screening of Tahara or God's Sandbox.

I think that she got some ok reviews about her acting career, I think she still showed what she really knows on the screen, but I also know that the media really likes her because she knows how to pose for the camera and how to flirt with the readers or vieweres. Yea, Meital Dohan can flirt alright.

I just saw some parts from the first episodes of "In Treatment", America's version of "Be'Tipul", one of Israel's best television dramas ever!
The casting was done very nicely and anyone who saw the Israeli version of this excellent drama will immediatly recognize Gabriel Byrne as psycholgist Asi Dayan, Melissa George as Israeli celeb Ayelet Zorer (or Ayelet Zurer) and Blair Underwood as Lior Ashkenazi.

This is an excellent chance to post some picture of beautiful Ayelet Zorer. This SUPER-SEXY Israeli actress showed her quality acting skill in "Be'Tipul", and I'm sure that Melissa George will do her part nicely too.

I think that Ayelet Zurer is focusing on her overseas career at the moment, she might do well since she's got that unique mixture of talent and beauty. I sure wish her success.

Ok. Let's talk about Israeli celebrities, this blog and the local culture in general.

Let me start by saying that I believe that Israel reached this place where we can definitely indulge in stupid entertainment types like Israeli celebs worship.

I don't want to make it too political but one of the signs of a normal country is its fascination with lame forms of entertainment. It is quite obvious that the Americans worship their celebrities and that the Europeans enjoy reading about their own celebrities in tabloids and celebrities gossip blogs and it is about time that Israel will join those continents and nations and will enjoy the worship of Israeli celebrities without to feel guilty about it.

I believe that reading a book is so much better than watching soap operas or reality shows on TV, but I also believe that entertainment can be pure and simple, without to feel guilty about it and we can all sit and read about the love affairs, the ups and the downs and other "important" things about Israeli celebrities like Yael Bar Zohar, Esti Ginzburg, Bar Refaeli and others.
Israelis just wanna have fun!
